Bobby pins can be used as dotting tools for any design with dots. And a solid color throughout and a glitter accent nail always looks good.

Toothpick is a perfect dottingtool for smaller dots, bobbypins for bigger ones. And jf you have an old make-up brush, you should cut the hairs in a pointy shape. That way you have a homemade striper!
