I never thought I would say this, but I'm going to have to get rid of some of my nail polish. I did a count today and I have 408 not counting stripers and clear ones. I need to get rid of some. I have culled out maybe 30, but can't seem to let go of any more! Can anyone give me advice as to how to let go of them? I really need help. I love all my polishes!

Try on all of them (not necessarily on your nails) and put them in different categories -
I) often worn and you love it
ii) you like it but don't wear it a lot
iii) old/weird looking ones
Keep the first two categories and keep everything that you like! Chuck the ones that don't work anymore (seriously, what's the point of having those?) and don't forget to throw away the ones with bad quality.
Don't throw away stuff just because you feel like it! Trust me, you would regret it a lot. Keep everything you would wear and if they're of good quality, store them well! :)

It will be easy to sell them as lots (more than one) and you're sure to get bids on them

If they are new and sealed you can sell them in sets. You may also try donating them to an organization that helps house battered women or provides visits to the elderly that are in nursing homes or a Senior Center. Perhaps a church group. Everyone wants to feel loved and beautiful. You can request a tax receipt and receive a deduction. Some places will not accept open polish.
Lastly, invite your closest friends or favorite family members over for pizza, a movie and Mani/pedis...and let them each take home a small gift bag of their favorites. :)

Why do you NEED to get rid of them? I would throw out the dried up ones. & give away the colors you don't like.
