How should I do my make up?

I'm going to wear this today or Sunday? Not sure yet. But I have no idea how to do my make up. I don't have any yellow eyeshadows or else I would do a pop of yellow. Any suggestions on how I could do it?(:

I love a blue or navy with neon yellow! Maybe a blue smokey eye, or neutral eye with blue liner?

Apply neutral colors brown black.. and add a hint of green for the lips a soft pink gloss will look gd
