Hmmm depends on the leggings and the sweatpants because not all brands are the same for. But if I had to choose one, then leggings, because they can easily be dressed up. and I'm petite so most sweat pants end up too big/long on me.

For lounging around the house in, sweats. If I need to actually go somewhere, leggings. My thing is you never know who you can meet while you're out so always look presentable, so I tend to prefer leggings as they aren't so thin or just regular jeans.
