My current favorite is Mac's felt tip liner in Rapidblack. It definitely doesn't budge and is pigmented. For gel liners I still stick to Mac's fluidline in Blacktrack.

I love my MUFE aqua eyes in 25L. It's matte brown and is pigmented and long wearing. I always use this esp on waterline. It glides smoothly so it's gentle.

I love Wet&Wild's liquid liner. Soooo pigmented. I once grabbed brown instead of black when I wasn't paying attention, and it still looked black! Also, it's super cheap, which is a plus. (: I wear it all day and it doesn't smudge on me, even if I forget I'm wearing it and wipe my eye. But, to add, I always set my liner with an eyeshadow in the same color, so that might help with staying power.

Bobbi Brown gel liners, Urban Decay pencils,MUFE, and for a liquid liner I love WetnWild (just don't get the waterproof formula unless you want it on for 4 days straight...its a nightmare to remove).

I have almost ever auto gel pencil ulta has to offer every color it is.. so I wouldn't know about the other ones that where suggested.. the ones I got from ulta last long looks great and works wonders to any look..
