I was thinking more of a lotion or cream that tightens up your under eyes

If these creases come with smiling or frowning its not really fine lines...ones that are always there are wrinkles. Moisturizer and sunscreen will protect against premature aging- as will stress management and good nutrition!

do you use a primer before your foundation? also make sure you actually buff the foundation really well onto the skin, sometimes fine lines show through because the makeup sits on the skin and is too much, so by blending it and working the product on the skin, you'll creat a more uniform canvas.
another thing is if you use a sponge(wedge), you can damp it a little bit and that way make sure the foundation is well blended on top of the lines, spots, scars, etc...

Never rub under eyes.. The skin is thin and so sensitive there always pat under eyes, ur skin lacks collagen maybe thats why so i suggest u look for products that has collagen in them L'oreal products are really good give them a try since you're maybe they will work faster on ur skin, always keep it moisturized drink plenty of water.
