Get a thin one its easier to work with, and hold your mirror just a little bit lower so you don't touch your lashes , or close that eye and just stretch your eyelid a little and try to do the line in one step, I think the results would be the best like that. And hold your arm or hand on something so you've got support I think 🙈

I actually suggest holding the mirror at the same level as your face so you'd know how it looks like as you do the liner. Draw the liner slowly in small flicks instead of one line and if you make a mistake, just take a cotton bud and makeup remover (or moisturizer like do) and swipe the mistake off.
Also you can use tape to get that perfect wing but you have to peel the tape from the back of your hand first.
