I know there's no way to grow hair dramatically longer in a short amount of time, but I'd like to have a little boost. My hair grows pretty quickly anyways. I've heard horse shampoo works but just wondering if anyone else had some tips that actually work. Thanks!

Okay, here's a bunch of little tips to help your hair along. It's all about the health of your hair. Focus on that. Biotin, and fish oil supplements are great. Also washing your hair as little as possible, scalp massages, hot coconut oil treatments, don't use any heat, braid your hair when you sleep, eat healthy and drink plenty of water, never brush wet hair, apple cider vinegar rinses are great, getting a good leave in conditioner, and don't stress! There's sooo many little things out there for your hair. :) just let it do its thing and leave it alone haha.

Minimize heat styling, massage your scalp, take a multivitamin and eat lots of food with protein since hair is mostly protein anyway, avoid brushing wet hair instead use a wide tooth comb. Get a trim whenever you notice split ends, and deep condition. Braiding your hair also helps. I do these things to boost my hair growth and they work great.
