Put garlic in your clear nail polish and put a coat on your nails. That has helped me.

Biotin really helped with the strength of my nails and when I was taking it I wouldn't get ridges. Of course, as any supplement, talk to your doctor before using it. Also, I rub coconut oil into my cuticles every day and keep them very moisturized. Good nail health start with the cuticle.

Regular buffing of the nails, a decent nail strengthener and cuticle oil should work :)
