I've over plucked my eyebrows and they still haven't grown back, I asked a make up artist what pencil shade I should use and she suggested a dark brown (my original eyebrow and hair colour) but it is very dark as my hair goes blonde in the sun. But the problem is, I can't shade them in with a blonde/ very light brown colour because my eyebrows are dark brown. Are there any eyebrow growing creams that actually work quickly? Or any eyeshadows that fit the light brown/Blondey colour range? Thanks everyone! xx

Any drug store would have pretty neutral shades. The same thing happened to me and I just found a drugstore eyeshadow and it was perfect.

Try getting an eyeshadow pallet with neutral Matt shades. my eye brow hairs are black but I have to use a mixture of brown and black and a tinge of grey to why the perfect colour. it's all about trial and error when it comes to brows :)
