How can I get my nails stronger and grow faster and longer without breaking? My nails create a sort of second layer and are so weak and when they start getting "long" they break of and then I have to cut them all off again! Help? Please!

You must not cut it frm at end you must keep space between your skin n nails n you must not put it into your mouth some persons have this prblm tht they chew it

Don't cut your nails, try just to file them in one direction! Since I have the 'nourish me' from essi, the nails don't break!

Miriam, my nails got weaker after doing that! :/ Melissa, if it's a top coat, does that do something to your nails? Doesn't it just sit on the colour?
