Do you apply your foundation before or after you do your eye makeup?

I do eyes first, always. Shadow falls underneath the eye and if I apply concealer and foundation first, I end up wiping it off and reapplying due to the shadow.

it depends. if I am doing a Smokey eye or dark or glittery look prone to fallout I may do shadow first. when doing a more muted eye I do face first

If I'm not using any eyeshadow, then first. If I'm using eyeshadow, I always do it after because I almost always have some fallout and I hate having to redo it after haha

Eyeshadow first. I never plan my makeup or know what to do until I look at my palette or eyeshadow. Better safe than sorry.. Nothing is more annoying than trying to remove black fallout or even worse, glitter, to a flawless looking face.

If I'm doing my basic natural looking eye, I do my foundation on first. But a more dramatic or colorful eye, I do my eyes first.
