A trim is really the only way to get rid of them. there are products that claim to repair, but I'm skeptical.

•you could moisturized with coconut to help a little
•cutting them is the best option, just cut an inch.. It depends on how far up they go

I tried so many products claiming to repair them, but they didn't work.. So I just trimmed them, how far up do your split ends go?

You have to cut them and then after take care of your hair by
Not using heat ( but if you really want to use heat them get a really good heat protectant)
Using a weekly hair mask
And using oils like Morrocan and Argan oil after showers
Getting it cut every 2-6 months but only if you need to if your hair is healthy you don't have to
And not washing your hair everyday
These are just some things there's many more but these are the things I can think of:)

There is no products that will actually repair a split end so you'll have to get them cut out :/

I wrap strips of hair around my finger then I snip the hairs that stick up if that makes sense.
