Which ones are the best for quality and eyeshadows pigmentation?

Diors eyeshadows are not very pigmented, you need a lot and the colors dissapear when you blend :/

Neither are very good, I'd recommend Tom Fords eyeshadow quads if you're looking for a high end palette.
