True match is for beginners. And works super well! I use it every day however you need a lighter shade than you think because it oxidizes when you put a powder on it.

Is that what happens Sophie?? I've been so confused as to why somedays it oxidises (I have dry skin, it really shouldn't oxidise) and other days it doesn't. :O Mind blown.

That's strange. I still love True Match for a satin finish and I always set my makeup with powder (I'm oily so this is a must) and it doesn't oxidize much from the time I put it on to the end of the day.

I switch up. My favs are Benefit Hello Flawless Powder and MUFE Duo Mat. They add a tiny bit more coverage (I only sweep my brush over softly) and keep my oiliness under control.
