Best Eyeliner for Waterline

I have the same problem. I always have to set my UD liner with a matching powder and that usually helps it hold up for most of the day. The only pencil I've every tried that I can use alone that will last is Illamasqua's Medium Pencil. I assume their other pencil sizes are just as long lasting, but that's the size I use. They are quite pricy for a pencil, but they're very pigmented and give even, smooth color in one pass.

I use gel liners on my water line and then set with black eyeshadow. they don't irritate but for my SUPER DUPER watery waterline it's the only thing that works. The UD 24/7 Pencil was horrible it smeared everywhere, as did the MAC Kohl Pencil. Pencils in general NEVER work on my waterline plus I wear contacts that might contribute to my excess wateriness.

Sarah, the powder will only transfer if you use an excessive amount. I dip an angled brush in my eyeshadow, tap off the excess, and press it directly on top of the pencil. So I have to dip-tap-press several times to cover the entire line I've drawn, but I find that doing that helps with not getting powder in my eye.

Seriously use wet n wild cream gel eyeliner , it last ALL day on the waterline & everywhere else . I love ulta liners though they don't seem to hold the waterline well , it's only 2.99 , try it !

im curretnly using urban decay 24/7 in ero but my loreal H.I.P kohl pencil works better i think.

I recommend eye shadow applied with an eyeliner brush. Eye primer helps keep it in place & I,ll even set it with loose powder (carefully :))

I use a gel liner from MAN (makeup artist network) the only down side is it is hard to take off at night - but it lasts allllll day. And the price isn't too bad for what you get. Google it, I get it off their website (:

Use neutrogena eyeliner! It's 7 bucks & lasts me the whole day without smudging! ( only for waterline though )

I dont know whats up with my eyes, but almost every product mentioned above smudges on me. I wish I could find one too, I am just getting to the point where I have given up and just except that nothing will stay put in this area.
