Is it bad to mix two different types of foundation because the neutrogena I have is a little dark and I've been wanting to try the Revlon color it might be too light thou so I'm thinking if I combine the two itd b perfect but I don't know about having two different brands mixed.

You can, as long as they're both oil based or both water based. Mix them on a clean pallete and apply with your brush

It's no problem. It is good that you are mixing the color so it can match the color of your skin to look perfect on you.

I think both those are silicone based foundations since water and silicones are the top ingredients in them.

Combine them! There's nothing wrong with that! :) Just text it out on your skin to see how it looks and feels.
