Depends if you wear more colors I would buy the first one it also has some neutral colors in it so you get the best of both.

I would buy the second one because you can do more everyday looks with it, as apposed to the super bright colors, unless that's what your into... Just my opinion though.

I have the bottom one (well, a cheap knock-off of it anyways) and the colors are beautiful! Definitely for everyday looks.

I'd get the second. It really depends on your preference but I'd personally use the second more to create everyday looks since I'm more into neutral tones (:

I would get the first one because it still has some natural tones that you can blend for earthy looks but just imagine everything you could do with all those colors!
