I want to dye my hair. I'm sure it's an ombr? but different ish. Where I live, I haven't seen a perfect ombr? which is what I'm aiming for.

so I am willing to travel 3 hours to LA to get it done, I just need to know where I should go. I don't want anyone to mess up my hair. And since I'm going to go very light, I would like if they can do it at one time. any salons?
