Concealer or foundation? I have watched Ron of videos and they are all different!

Foundation, then concealer. Foundation is meant to give your skin an overall even look, and concealer is meant to correct and cover up what foundation can't.

Use foundation first, only where you need it, including areas you want to conceal- then apply as little as possible concealer on top. With face make up, less is more.
