I have so many powder foundations (Laura Mercier , Lancôme , rimmel London , beauty uk... Every time when I put the liquid foundation and apply the powder I don't like it how it looks. Is just too much , Any types on applying powder in other way?? I love using just liquid foundation ,blush and the setting spray.

If you use the setting spray then I don't think you have to use powder foundation. And if you feel comfortable doing that there shouldn't be a problem. :)

Only powder areas where you get oily (forehead chin etc) and then spray setting spray it will help that overly done look. If you don't get oily and if your makeup stays on just fine you don't need powder. It just helps to lock everything in place

Wait, are you using actual powder foundation over top of liquid foundation? If that's the case it can be way too much coverage. Some do use them that way if they really need super heavy coverage but I recommend using one or the other at the coverage level you need, not both at once.
Or do you mean setting powders like pressed powders to set the liquid foundation after? You can use a setting spray with no powder or a light dusting of translucent powder. It will be white colored but doesn't show up white, it just sets your makeup without depositng anymore color and is very finely milled. You could also use a setting spray over top that takes away any cakeyness but what I usually do is just use a damp sponge after I powder and it takes away any excess and makes everything look smooth. But Rachel is spot on too, if you don't need any powder don't use it, just use setting spray.
