It depends what kind of eyeliner you want to use for liquid I love my L'oreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Eyeliner, for pencil I really like the Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Eyeliner Pencil. I also love their gel eyeliners as well. They come with a lot of color options and last FOREVER. I like the Maybelline Eye Studio gel eyeliner and the L'oreal Infallible gel eyeliner. The L'oreal one comes with it's own brush which works pretty awesome. Also the Jordana Fabuliner Eyeliner Pen is pretty nice.

Has anyone ever tried the Sephora liquid liner pen, I believe it's called Doe Eyes? I just ordered one for $5 and all of the reviews seemed good.

Felt tips work the best for me as well for cat eyes, eventhough I use gel for everything else. Milanis newest one is my favorite at the moment color does not budge.

I adore gel liner! It is so much easier to use then liquid in my opinion! I use macs black track, but I hear the maybelline one is comparable. I use a small angles brush from a sigma brush kit I have. If, however u want liquid I do enjoy the urban decay liquid eyeliner in pervasion. It is very precise and fairly long wearing!
