All of us here love makeup, hair, nails, etc.and a good majority of us practice our loves almost daily.

So just so you can give yourself a pat on the back or go 'Oh woooow!' post a picture of something you did a few months ago, last year, or a year ago and a picture of something you've done now. For example, makeup/hair/nails you did last year to makeup/hair/nails you've done this week/year.

What a fun thread Erin! love your posts, so thought inducing :)

anyway, for me, I used to play it very safe with colors...lots of neutrals. I probably wear just as much makeup as I did a year ago (when the before pic was taken) but it always looked the same. now I love experimenting with colors and different looks. my after pic isn't necessarily my best work; but I think it best shows how far I've come as far as creativity :)

These are a year apart and I can only say wow the first pic is when I first really started to get into makeup and didn't know about blending lol (yellow line) and the second pic is pretty recent!

Love this thread! I actually was wearing kinda the same makeup everyday before I joined beautylish- I always used mascara, eyeliner and sometimes lipstick but never sth. like colourful eyeshadows! :) First one was taking 2 years ago, second and third are after joining BL :)
