I'm not on any prescriptions or anything. I just wash my face with Neutrogena clear skin and use there spot treatment and witch hazel for toner.

Along with the other girls advice, make sure you exfoliate. Try st.ives apricot scrub for blackheads and blemishes. Also try a honey mixed with lemon juice mask, it helps to lighten up the hyper pigmentation. Hope that helps!!
