For the first time its like 43-44?C in India. It's reported that it will cross 48?C in this summer.. And we are melting.. I'm afraid of sunburn and hair damage.
Please suggest what to do :(

If you're wanting to wear makeup I'd buy one with a sunscreen in it so on the days you do wear makeup you have extra protection! And as for hair I'd buy some kind of oil like coconut, argan and maroccan to keep your hair moisturised so it doesn't get dry and brittle from the heat.

Find a sunscreen that's waterproof. I am super sensitive to the sun and burn just by sitting in my car! Check into getting both a physical and chemical sunscreen.
I you're worried about hair damage, just spray a little heat protectant and brush it through.
