but if you have to eat outside, I would but my hair up & wear tighter clothes so they aren't blowing around in the wind all night.

For sure I would suggest an updo maybe a neat bun..I dislike it sooo much when my hair is hitting my face because of the wind lol.

I personally think it looks cute when the wind blows your hair back a little so maybe put half of your hair up and tease it to add a little volume?..

I would suggest actually just keeping it down because when you make it all fancy the wind might just end up destroying your hard work it did that to me today ahaha but tight clothes are a good idea
