Is it weird that I feel anticipation and excitement for you to start accutane? I just cannot wait to hear results!
As for face makeup, you are going to want something that is moistruizing. I have heard awesome things about Clinique's Superbalanced Makeup. I know you're a Clinique girl so I am not sure if you've tried this already. I've heard it works double as a moistruizer too! Nars Sheer Glow and Laura Mercier Silk Crème are also made for dry skin (both $45 though). I am totally blanking on the name, but I know Bobbi Brown also makes a moistruizing foundation.
Tinted moistruizers are also awesome for severely dry skin. When you are comfortable with your skin, a tinted moistruizer paired with a full coverage concealer would be awesome.
Good luck love!

One extra tip, if you apply a thick moistruizer or product like the Lucas Paw Paw Ointment before foundation, I am sure you could use your L'Oreal True Match foundation, as I know it's your favorite.

Your makeup shouldn't peel, cake, or crease if your moisturizing and priming your face :) but use a water based foundation! That way it doesn't have the drying effect and doesn't have the oily effect that causes your breakouts :)

The Laura Mercier primer is very hydrating, but it stung on my sensitive skin. The hourglass serum primer is hydrating, but I am not sure how your skin would respond. I would seek out a sample.

Http://www.clinique.com/product/1599/5290/Makeup/Foundations/Supermoisture-Makeup/index.tmpl This one isn't the one I was looking for but it seems good too. I live in France so maybe the one I was looking for doesn't exist in the USA :) sorry.
