I'm right handed , and I was wondering when you do nail art or a deisgn on one hand , how in the world do you do it to the other. It's very hard for me , it gets messy , it doesn't look neat , how do I do nail art using my LEFT hand.

A lot of practice! But I have fairly good control over my left (I'm typically right handed) as well so it's not very hard for me to switch hands :/

When I do it I stabilize my hand on the table and for some straight lines I move my finger not the brush

Lots and lots of practice! Start out being very careful and slow until you really get the hang of it. I've been training my left hand for years lol I do my left eye makeup with my left hand and I'm actually more precise with it than I am with my dominant hand. That helped me SO MUCH when it comes to painting my nails because now it just feels normal to be able to use both hands :)
