Take Biotin. It strengthens hair and nails. It can be found at your local cvs/Walgreens etc.

Keep (regular) nail polish on your nails all the time. It helps them from breaking. Never use acrylics or gel nails because they actually make your regular nails worse. And also use a hardener. I use Sally Hansen green tea + bamboo strengthener. It really has help a ton with growth and strength!

There's a nail hardner which is a miracle worker. It's called Scientifique by a brand called Mavala. I use it since 2009 and the tube is small but it lasts forever. It's really popular in Europe I've bought my two tubes in Paris. i don't know where you can find in the US tho but I serious reccomend. Look at my nails, they are natural and the only reason why they aren't bigger is because I don't like very long nails for myself

There is a nail polish that I use ALL the time. Its less than $10 and you only have to apply it every 3 days per week. Its called Sally Hansen Triple Strong
