I really need one that gives a dewy glowy finish... I hate when foundations gives that dry and dusty look. I tried NARS sheer glow and nope didn't see any glow, it also broke me out and I didn't like the color either. So please give me a lot of suggestions. Thanks!

I haven't tried this foundation, but I heard great reviews of the Loreal lumi foundation and their powder.

@Jacqlyn I didn't use a primer but I did use MAC fix+ spray as a finishing spray. I will try that!! Does it make every foundation you wear dewy no matter what?

Have you tried using the Revlon illuminizer? it makes it look like as if you have dewy skin

If you want a foundation, you could try a water based foundation like the mac face and body. it's really nice

@Saumiya MAC is just too heavy and clogs pores. I've tried MAC studio tech and the skinfinish, all nothing special, atleast to me. Perhaps because it's water based it might not clog my pores.

L'Oreal Lumi Primer (skinny white bottle), it is the perfect (drugstore) primer I have found! It makes my skin glow. As for dewy foundations I would say Clinique Even Better it makes my dry skin glow but not look oily and same for Makeup Forever HD. As for highlights I loveee UD Naked Illuminating Face and Body Powder (I just bought it the other day), its very glittery but I love the look because it also looks dewy to me, I would go test it out in the store. Also Too Faced Candlelight Glow Duo is amazing too!

Also Elf Facial Whips are good but the staying power doesn't always last for very long. I also tested out some of Mally's Blush and Highlighter Duo and it looked nice in the store.

I agree, the Lumi does have a very nice dewy finish. Billy B actually recommends it as well, for drugstore foundations.

Bourjois healthy mix foundation,got mine at asos.I set it with the lancome dual finish foundation followed by guerlain meteorites.lancome dual finish is a powder foundation,but somehow it does not look cakey and I just use a small amount for setting. As for the guerlain meteorites it helps A LOT ,I don't need to touchup whenever I use that one.
