I use the body shop seaweed line, it's for sensitive skin and it's the only one that doesn't burn or give me hives. :)

I use CeraVe products too! Also for a foundation I use mac's face and body because it isn't super thick and it's water based, I also use maybelline's bb cream (wouldn't reccomend it for people with oily skin). For setting powder I use elf's translucent powder or bare mineral's powder foundation. If my skin starts acting up, I'll just give it a break and wear a naked face though ~

I have insanely sensitive skin to everything lol. I can't use a lot of foundations, there's only like 1 shampoo I can use, I've only found 2 cleansers that don't give me an allergic reaction. Here's a list of some of the products I love for sensitive skin.
Shampoo: Aveeno Nourish + Revitalize
Soap: Aloe and Vitamin E Soap, Pine Tar Soap, Goat Milk Soap
Cleanser: Simple Skincare Gel Cleanser, Avene Cleanance Gel Soapless Cleanser
Toner: Simple Skincare Gentle Toner
Moisturizer: Simple Skincare Hydrating Light Moisturizer. Avene also has a huge amount of great moisturizers specific to your skin type
Foundation: L'Oreal True Match, Marcelle
Primer: Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer
For primers and foundation try to stay away from silicone based because it can clog pores which makes it harder for your skin to breathe and can cause breakouts. The Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer contains silicone and when I first started using it everyday it made me slightly itchy. I started only using it about 2-3 times a week and now I can use it everyday. Sometimes with sensitive skin you should introduce a new product slowly and try not to use it everyday at the beginning to get your skin used to it.

I REALLY wanted that Cerave but I didn't have enough money (I mean I could of but I kinda spazzed out on wet n wild instead lol)
But I got the Cetaphil cleanser for oily skin. I've been liking it in combo with my Clairsonic. It's been clearing up my skin of milia.
I did get some nasty dry patches at first but they went away with lavender oil
