What is the inversion method?

Nothing can make your hair grow, the rate of growth is controlled entirely by genetics. However, if you have poor nutrition your hair may stop growing or will grow weak--eat a healthy balanced diet. Avoid damaging your hair with heat and tight styles, and trim split ends to prevent breakage.
All you are going to get from the inversion "method" is dizziness.

Hair growth depends on genetics & the health of you & your hair. so putting your head upside down won't do anything lol.
