So my friend recently purchased blue mascara and asked me to make her up using it. Of course, I've never dealt with blue mascara before, and she's coming over tonight. She has brown eyes and almost black hair and she's got a warm medium tan skin tone. Any ideas? Pics or descriptions would be appreciated. Thanks! 😁

I would do a smokey eye to make the blue from the eyelashes stand out, I've done it and its looked good 😊 I love blue mascara lol.
