Hello ladies, I need the help of all of you who have experience in as a hostess or waitress. There's a hiring fair for a cactus club restaurant and there hiring a whole new staff because it's a new location. I've never had a job before, so I was wondering what to expect at the fair/interview and what I should wear. tips on the interview itself are much appreciated!! xx

Depends on the location! I have applied at fancier places and worn a lace blazer, skinnies, nice makeup, and heels! But if it's more relaxed go with that or more party centered I'd wear something a little showier and edgy :))

I would wear all black & then wear some nice jewelry, & do your hair up. basically, dress like you already have the job, hahah (: I'm a waitress, & that's how I dress for work.

I wore heel, not super tall ones, but nice ones with black jeans and a fitted red top when I dropped off my application, and then I think I wore something very similar for my interview. I got the job, and Then they gave me my uniform, but on occasion I got to wear my own clothes, and then I dressed up fairly nice, because it was a fancy restaurant.
