My mom has the Estée Lauder maximum coverage foundation and she just uses her fingers. I don't know if you'd want to do that though haha.

I just switched to a full coverage foundation (Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour...forget the rest lol) and I found that my stippling brush works best.

It evenly distributes the foundation without it looking cakey.

I still use my "flat" or "paddle" shaped brush to get the hard to reach areas such as the sides of my nose and around my mouth.

I have the Kat von d foundation and I used the sonia kashuk flat top brush the beauty blender the stippling brush by eco tools and none didba good job as well as my fingers did lol
