I'm extremely acne prone, and my acne has been worse than it has ever been at the moment. I use MAC's concealers, foundations, powders, blushes, etc. and those don't break me out. everyone's skin reacts differently, I think it's time to put the "MAC breaks you out" stereotype to rest, almost anything can cause a breakout. I know for sure that my breakouts definitely have to do with my eating habits at the moment. here is a before and after picture. I use MAC's studio finish concealer, studio finish foundation, and prolong wear concealer. It personally works wonders for me. But then again, just because it works for me, doesn't mean it will work for everyone.

Gen, I have acne prone skin too and I've never broken out with Mac products. My go to foundation and under eye concealer are Mac. I'm going to check out some of the concealers suggested earlier and just go from there (:
