Damp hair + hairstyle = oily??

Hi loves 💙💙
Do you sometimes touch your hair when it's wet and then it tends to get greasy?
Actually , my mom think it does , but like when you do like 1 hairstyle when it s wet she says " Stop I see all the oil in your hair , stop girl! "
I know when you touch it a lot , it does and when you touch it a lot , it does..
But I my hair are a bit damp and I try a hair style , and my mom just shout on me.. Is it real? I only did 1 hairstyle?
Maybe I am just paranoiac :) or my mom haha âť¤ď¸Ź

It's fine to do hair styles when it is wet.
