Not much. You can get fillers injected into it, but since your body absorbs it you will have to keep getting it done. Very expensive. You might be able to play with the light using makeup but that is tricky. Since the dimple is receding, it appears darker in the center, so you experiment a lighter than your skintone concealer & dot it in th dimple & blend.

It's cute! I have a scar from a dog bite that gives me a big dimple on one side of my smile, It makes it a bit crooked. It took a long time for me to accept that it sin't a bad thing lol. Its best to accept what makes you unique <3.

A cleft chin (or chin dimple, as y'all put it) is genetic, nothing you can do about it. It's actually a very dominant trait, and if you ever have children they will have it as well. I remember in high school one of my classmates found out that he was adopted that way (he had a cleft chin, his parents didn't)! Yours isn't that noticeable; I think just embrace it. It's one of the little things that make you you.
