Hi gals! in two weeks I have an internship interview with the police. I'll be doing legal research for them, but will be in the field as well. help me pick an outfit!

Wear a suit. I interned with the Highway Patrol a couple summer's ago. I wore a suit to the interview, you really can't go wrong with that, especially when they will likely be I'm uniform.

When I did my internship at the police department for the gang unit I wore some nice slacks from banana republic (totally worth the investment) and a white button up with a collar tucked into the slacks, with a leather belt, black blazer, and black flats that were work appropriate and still comfy. make sure to bring another jacket with you if you are going to be out in the field that day. For a jacket I brought my peacoat. They will probably give you an outline as to what you are going to be able to wear. Good luck with your internship & have fun:)
