The colors are great. It looks like the crease colors are just too high in the eye unless that was what she was going for.

My only suggestions are to add a highlight to the browbone and inner corner. It will help blend out the hard dark crease and make the eye look less heavy. Maybe a smidgen less color on the bottom lashline, since the dramatic lashes cast a shadow and makes it look even darker.
Great job for a first time, especially with such a vibrant look!
