My mom invented a new idea with dresses (Can't say what so nobody copies) and she started by drawing them out, because she's an artist, then started naming them and making each one different and unique! So it's kind of the same thing as designing brushes... And btw can you make a website or something? Once you have finished your brush line.. I would love to look at them and possible buy some.
