I prefer to apply a brightner to the inner tear duct as well which has a slight amount of shimmer
and it gives eyes a nice wakeup look as well and refreshed.

Avoid tight lining th entire eye with dark liner. light colours in the lower water line and highlight.

White eyeliner on the waterline. It works great and it doesn't look really bright. (Or crazy) then do whatever eyeshadow u want

Nude shimmery shadow in the inner corner and the inner part of the eye socket. A nude or white liner on the waterline then line the lower lashine with a brown, black or purple liner. Also, curly lashes with lots of mascara, or falsies.

On the top lid make the eyeliner more rounded and u can apply white/nude eyeliner on your tight line (this is what I do to make my eyes look bigger)

I totally agree with White eyeliner on bottom eyelid it looks great and it doesn't look weird with any color eyeshadow it also adds a nice effect to your eyes w/o it being too much

Don't bring your liner down all the way. I know it sounds crazy and it will take some getting used to but you want to stop your liner a little before your outer v. When you go all the way down you drag the eye down. You can also add a tiny little flare up at the end for even more lift.

I would use a nude liner on the waterline, sometimes white looks really harsh depending on your skin tone. Also using a brown slightly darker than your skin tone in the crease can help make your eyes look bigger. These are my go-tos for my makeup :)

I did this clients makeup recently. She has small, hooded kids so I created a darker inner and outer corner, allowing the lightest part of the lid to be the center. Since the center is the largest part of the eye, it really opened her eyes. Also, creating a false brow bone by making the crease slightly above the natural crease, it gives the illusion of a larger lid hence a larger eye.

Here's a shot with her lids open.

You can give the illusion of bigger and more awake eyes by lining your waterline with white eyeliner. You can try winging out your eyeliner to elongate our eyes, too.

I use black liquid eyeliner on my upper lid (a thin line!) that follows the curve of my eyelid. Then I line my waterline with white eyeliner. Then I use a navy blue eyeliner to line from the outer corner of my lower lid to the middle, really lightly, right along the lash line. Then i curl my eyelashes and put on mascara. I promise, it doesn't look as crazy as it sounds!

Highlight the inner corner

Don't use dark colours. Use a white shadow on the inner corner of your eye and right below your brow. Line your waterline with white pencil eyeliner. When lining your top lid add a wing at the end, itll help lift your eye. Use a different color eyeliner on the bottom, normally I use black on top and a light brown on the bottom. Mascara on your top lashes definitely and experiment with the bottom ones. Some people's eyes look bigger without mascara on the bottom and some people's eyes look bigger with. You can also fake a higher crease by applying darker shadows a bit higher than your real crease is. False eyelashes will help too, but make sure you apply them properly or they will make your eyes seem smaller. Hope this helps!
