They say sun exposure and applying juice of lemons to your hair lightens it, but I absolutely do not recommend cuz lemon makes your hair ruthlessly dry and gives you awful split ends.

Chamomille :) look for products that have it and you'll get a very natural lighter color (not so dramatical)
