So my hands tend to get red and dry and sometimes they crack in cold weather. Any hand creams or tips to help them?

Burt's bees has a good hand cream. There was another one that my grandma uses for cracked hands but I cannot remember what it is. If I can find the container I'll leave a comment on your profile.

Hemp hand cream from the body shop is amazing - they also do a hand and foot butter that you can leave on over night with gloves.
