Hi! I know this palette has not released yet however I was curious if any of you were sent this palette/have had a sneak peek. If so, can you tell me about the colors that are not intended for the immediate eye area? I know this means they have not been FDA tested/approved in the US. however, they have been in Europe and Canada I believe. any comments? I'd really like to buy this palette and I would like to gain more info before I invest. thanks!

Urban, Slowburn, Savage, and Jilted are the ones not intended for the eye.

But what about the ones not safe for your eyes is what I'm asking about...

@Lynzie, do you know of anyone who has had a bad reaction?

No I haven't. I've seen reviews/tutorials were they're using the colors anyway and not having bad reactions. So I guess they can be ok if I happen to get the chance to get it, I'm going to use it on my eyes.

I think I am going to get it and use a good base with them as a barrier. my eyes aren't too sensitive but let's be real. they're eyes. hahahaha.

From my understanding:
Those shades will cause staining and the FDA has not approved something in the eyeshadows [or just neon eyeshadows I believe]. But they should be fine for them to use around the eyes, even if UD says otherwise.

@Erin, thank you. that is definitely helpful to me!

I believe the pigments in those are quite strong for some people with sensitive eyes which can cause irritation. I would do some more in depth research before buying but you should be fine. I haven't heard of anyone reacting to neon shadows but they need to put that warning just in case it happens to someone.

I believe it is on the back of the box, so hopefully people actually read it. :/

@Shauna, thank you. I have looked into it some more and it seems they would be safe. however, I have emailed UD. @Erin, on some of the videos I watched they hadn't read the warning until AFTER they had used them on their eyes. They were fine, however.
