I can't seem to sleep and am messing up my schedule and don't know what to do. Does anyone have tips for getting to sleep and staying asleep? I've tried natural sleep pills but they don't seem to work.

I love to drink tea before I go to bed! you can buy special mixes that can help you relax and sleep but otherwise just try something like peppermint or chamomile tea!

Drink some tea before you got to bed. Try to stay off any backlit devices like a phone for at least a half hour before. Also, I personally take a bath almost every night and I use the bubble bath from bath and body works in the the clear bottle that says sleep.
