Hi everyone, so tomorrow it will be 20 Fahrenheit, and I don't have tights. I have scarves but not circle scarves. I need help dressing cute without buying anything new (can't find any scarves or tights in stores). I will probably have to swear my Hunters rain boots tomorrow because it might snow. Can I get away with wearing leggings under a skirt? Outfit ideas please?! I'm tired of wearing jeans and t shirt! Thanks :)

Wear a cute stylish sweater and add a belt to your outfit! They're really fashionable! Add accessories like a bracelet, necklace, etc :)
