Everytime I wash my hair, I get out and dry it, and I have shampoo still stuck in my hair. I'm really confused because I rinse my hair in the shower for about 5 minutes and its not the shampoo, because I have switch that up several times and it doesn't make a difference?! please help!! thanks.

Well your hair it always has to be washed with COLD water if you put hot water in your hair it is bad for your hair! Also wash cold water and then put shampoo and take about 10 min it might be you using a lot of shampoo and you didnt wash it enough well thats it!

Maybe you use too much! You're technically only supposed to shampoo your scalp. Rinsing cleans the length of your hair.
