What would I do for exama lotion?

Continue to moisturize, and don't scratch it because it will just irritate it more.

I also agree with the aloe vera soution- it will help lessen the irritation.

I have this, too, right now, in the same spot! Second or third time I've gotten it.

Do you know what it is?

I went to the derm a lot and I got a lot of "I don't knows". They gave me an oral steroid and topical one. I thought I was allergic to my birth control, after I stopped taking it, it cleared up for about 8 months, but its coming back. I also get another rash with it, it looks different, tho. Do you have this, too?

Yes I have this spot and a few other spots on my upper right arm and a huge patch on my belly. I was told the one one my stomach was a nickel reaction but nothing has helped it.

I have them on my neck:( I've been putting cetaphil moisturizer on it and it looks a little better. I put coconut oil in my hair last night, and it got all over my arm, including the spot on my inner forearm. I just rubbed it all in my skin and now it doesn't itch at all and isnt red anymore, its actually almost gone. Don't know if that was a fluke but I thought I'd let you know. I can't get a definite diagnosis, either.
