I am a swimmer and swim year round. Every day my hair is exposed to chlorine and I need some help! Any suggestions?

Well when I usually go swimming in the summer I always always put leave in conditioner on my hair.

Make sure you wash your hair every-other day so it does not dry out.

Chlorine is definitely something that drys your hair out but the best solution is to use a lot of conditioner or use moraccon oil or argan oil both oils help to reconstruct your hair and give it more moisture hope I could help.

I agree with Bella L. about the oils. I recommended the same thing to my mama after the hairdresser fried her hair. She noticed the difference in the first application!
